Solomon is acknowledged as the wisest man to have ever lived, and the wisdom summed up in Proverbs concerning healing and health doesn't anywhere mention doctors or drugs, but rather obedience, humility, guarding our tongues, and a focus on God and His Word.
Proverbs 3:7-8
"Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.
It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones."
Proverbs 4:20-22
"My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh."
Proverbs 12:18
"...but the tongue of the wise is health."
Proverbs 15:4
"A wholesome tongue is a tree of life..."
Proverbs 17:22
"A merry heart doeth good like a medicine..."

I was reading in Proverbs and there are a number of scriptures that basically say the Lord will extend our days on this earth as we seek Him and His ways and forsake evil.
I do believe God gives health to His people as they put Him first, after all, if were forsaking wickedness and dwelling in His presence, the Spirit of life it has a positive affect on the human body.
I'm not trying to make a science out of this but I have seen that many older Christians are fairing much better, then someone who abuses their bodies with sin.
