Why are Welsh singers the best singers in the world?

I know it has been a burning question here on O/O as well as in Christendom in general. I am happy to say that I have the answer. It's not my welsh heritage that gave me the answer though. Its just obvious to any who listen. I don't think us welsh (or me their descendant) have a special place in heaven I do however think we have a special place on the earth. At least as far as singers are concerned.

My parents attended this conference back in 1986 and brought the music tape back with them. I was trying to copy it to my computer and found it on the internet.
