I haven't had a chance to read it yet but it looks interesting.

Not trying to change the subject here but I did not know where to ask a computer question.

When someone posts here it goes to my email address. I did not change anything but it just started happening.

Is there a button to turn off and so I will stop getting these messages in my email? I would rather stop by and check them out myself.

Most of that is controlled in the "User CP" (user control panel) above.

You can select what types of emails you want or you can choose not to be notified at all.

In the Subscription section of the User CP you can subscribe to some topics or unsubscribe to them.

In the "Settings" section there is an option that allows you to switch off Notifications completely.

You can also switch off the Notify by default here.

I think that the default is to notify you whenever you participate in a thread but you can also control that in the setting section. Even if you turn it off you may still need to "unsubscribe" from anything listed in the "Subscriptions" section.
