The body of Christ has a big calling and have been prepared over time to take care of the laundry. Amazing parallel between Jude N.T. and Zechariah 3:3.O.T..

Jude 1:23 and others save with fear pulling them out of the fire. hating the garment spotted by the flesh. This is not a B.O. issue. In Rev. 3:4 speaking to the church in Sardis, they have not defiled their garments and so will walk with me in white. This is about a spiritual garment. see Rev. 16:15. Note the word some in Jude v.23 We must understand that the Holy Spirit is using human vessels to choose who he will save or bring to repentance. If he uses his people to set others free he will teach them what will be said to cause this bringing them out of the fire to be restored from their sin or error. Why? Christ's Spirit of compassion works through us.

We must be sure to not let worldly people to sway us from our clean garments --save with fear, means fear of God not the kind that is fleshly.

Look at Zech. 3:1 Just like Job Satan is at work. He still attacks righteous people--like Peter--Satan has desired to have you but I (the Angel of the Lord) have prayed for you. Luke 22:31
Zech. 3:2 Israel (Jerusalem) has sinned. Satan who is the accuser of the brethren, is telling the Lord his people are sinners. The Lord shows him they are chosen by him. Even though they are not right with God he wants to forgive. He says they are a brand plucked out of the fire. Zech. 3:3,4 The Lord will take away iniquity and put on Joshua clean garments. v.7 conditional-- walk upright before the Lord and keep your garments clean. I will stop at v.9 God reveals he will bring forth the branch. That secret was he will bring forth Jesus in time. The one day will be the cross. and all will be plucked out of the fire who believe in him.

Ps. 89:30-36 esp. 32-33 v.31 the charge is to obey God. If not there will be a rod and stripes. v.33 look at the plucking from the fire. God will not take away his loving kindness or faithfulness. v.34 he will not brake his covenant. All depends on their repentance. They are his elect and chosen, but must meet the demands of a personal relationship with him. We see there is a conditional there. grace must not be abused. see Amos 4:11
I am hopeful that this message will do that plucking.

I am getting ready to throw away these shorts I am wearing. This garment has holes in the pocket. I lost my keys yesterday and prayed and today God helped me find them . They fell out of hole and went into a difficult place. They are like a old dirty garment. I will put on the new.

So it can be seen that it wasn't luck finding the keys, I hadn't planned on talking to brother in fellowship the night before lost the keys on the subject of the false teaching on the Jesus wrestling the devil for the keys.
Jesus body was in the tomb. He was in a spiritual state. ( he never saw corruption.) That was supernatural because he never entered as dead in Hades. One day he will throw death and Hades into the lake of fire. That is by far more powerful than wrestling for a set of keys.
So it is very likely that the keys are a symbol of authority. The cross was where he defeated death Hades and the grave. So he had the right to deliver a person from Hades. That authority was given as a redeemer. The law of God was death if you break it. Jesus delivers from the law, curse and death ( only from the cross). Rom. 4:25, 7:6, 2Cor. 1:10** 1Th. 1:10 2Pet. 2:4** Here is proof of God having the authority over Hades. The authority of death (keys) a figure, was the devil's hope for those who broke God's law before the cross. Jesus broke the death penalty and curse of the law, as a substitute to take the believer's punishment and bring love and forgiveness. That is by faith.
