Anyone know anything about this new 'book'(bible)? A client told me about it yesterday (he didn't know what to think of it, but worked with someone who was all into it).

It is, according to the author/publisher Stephen Pidgeon, the complete 'Divine Book' from The Father. It has 74 books that they claim were previously canonized plus several others from the dead sea scrolls(total 87). Since Gary has been sharing some of what he read by early writers of Christian history I thought this might be of interest to some. I'm not going to comment much until I at least listen to the guys' presentation (30 min.) It can be found by searching for Cepher.

Did you run across anything significant?

I skimmed through some of the pages but cannot come to any sound conclusion.

I'm not for sure concerning all those books and writings that were left out of the Bible. I read recently that Jude in the New Testament was giving a direct quote from the "Book of Enoch" concerning Enoch's prophecy. The article went on to say that the church in the beginning promoted some of these writings but I don't know where they got this information.

It would be interesting to know if some of these books are scripture, I heard there was a gospel circulating that was written by Peter, and that Paul had written some other letters that were lost.

The real problem is we can't get anyone to agree on the 66 books of the Bible, adding more writings to the picture would either be clarification or bring more confusion.
