This happened with my wife and me when invited to a church years ago. There was music and a calm atmosphere. This lady came out to the front by a door. She was excited at the music. She raised her hands and was doing a jumping kind of dance. she had that common appearance when one is supposed to be getting a anointing. like a touch from God thing. She fell under a power, and should fall. she fell backwards and banged her head on a pew. she was out. they called the ambulance and they brought a rolling bed and carried her out. God doesn't do this kind of thing. In another case he doesn't cause a man fall on a woman he doesn't know and both bodies wiggle. They didn't know what they were doing.
faith-- forsake all I trust him. Baal-- believe apostacy all lost. bible-- believe in bible life eternal.

With California passing a law that Christians cannot sing in churches we can ask the question; What is next?
There was a time when Christians were told to light a candle and say Caesar is lord, many refused and suffered the consequences.
Many in the churches seem to think eventually this covid 19 will be over and we can get back to normal.
What if it never gets back to what we call normal?
We all know that the Anti-Christ will one day rise up in power there's a good chance he is walking the earth today working through various governments to bring the world to the point where he is revealed.
Covid-19 has shown everyone that its possible to bring nations to their knees using fear and the media. I read an article this morning in our local liberal newspaper saying Christians say they believe in pro life but don't seemed to be concerned with the pleasure of singing which causes the spread of the virus.
It does?
When they signed the law that said you were not allowed to pray for thirty days, Daniel immediately went to his home and as it was his custom knelt down and prayed.
He resisted the law and chose to obey God.
We may be finding ourselves at a cross roads having to make similar decisions in the future. Is it possible?
After all we have been given God's word for some forty or fifty years now depending on when you came to salvation. At least its something to consider.
Either way as the Word tells us God will never leave us or forsake us He is for us and not against us. It may be a matter a time when they take down all Christian information on the internet. They already restrict some information on Face book saying it is inappropriate.
Our future is in the Lord's hands. Even so may the Lord count us worthy to escape all things coming on this earth. Come quickly Lord Jesus.
In Him,
Gary

I thought there was a tie between Chuck Smith and Chuck Missler then I ran across this bio.
Dr. Missler gained international recognition as a Bible scholar, author and teacher. Through an informal affiliation with Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa, California, Chuck became known for his insight into the integration of Scripture with science, history and prophecy. Over more than forty years, literally millions of Dr. Missler's teachings have been distributed and enjoyed. From cassette tapes to MP3 audio down loads, from VCR tapes to YouTube videos, the message of "The Grand Adventure" has been enjoyed by many.
Chuck Smith started Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa, California.
Why I don't agree with everything that Chuck Smith taught, I have been very blessed by his teachings. I'm amazed that these men were teaching out west about the same time HF was teaching in Indiana.
In Him,
Gary

I don't know what to think presently concerning all the storm clouds gathering over Andrew Stroms Ministry. Google Andrew Strom.
There's a number of articles being written saying he is heading up a "new cult" of New Zealand followers. I did notice he has two web sites that he no longer allows people to post on and has opened a third web site that is a closed door member only club. You have to be signed on and go through a screening process to participate.
I thought this was maybe to weed out so many false doctrines that was constantly being posted on his site. I seen everything from people who believed in aliens to mormonism being promoted by his many visitors, So I thought personally it was better not to let just anyone post was the reason for the new site.
For the most part I always felt this man's ministry was valid but I did not believe he was a prophet as some claimed.
Why? He gave a major prophecy concerning a deadline that was to take place by the end of 2012, which never came to pass. He told his supporters that if this prophecy never came to pass he would have to apologize to the body of Christ.
"There was never an apology and the article with prophecy was removed from the site."
Anyway, I do not understand all the riff raff with the articles and the concern at this time. For the most part I believe this Brother has a heart for the Lord. It will be interesting how this unfolds, any minister who tries to make a difference always seems to be under tremendous scrutiny. After all what is everybody looking for, there will never be a perfect ministry that everyone can agree with?
Wasn't there a prophecy with a group of ministers and a giant snake that was trying to destroy them?
In Him,
Gary

I remember a number of times in our meetings people were told that eating what you wanted was an act of faith. It is?
I don't personally believe a person can live on junk foods, sugary drinks, and candy and expect to live a life of total health.
I do not know if we have ever had a generation of people that have the choices we do when it comes to food.
I know of a man who had diabetes, he quit taking insulin and would eat candy bars as an act of faith. They did not affect him in the beginning but eventually he died of diabetes.
Years ago as a young person I would drink four or five coca colas at work, it was hot and miserable out. About ten years ago or more I totally quit drinking soda, sweetened or diet. Now pop, and sugary drinks has no appeal to me whatsoever.
I just think we can make the message on divine healing to no effect when we try to abuse a situation saying, it is an act of faith.
Faith does not need to prove itself to make it true. Faith is the substance if we have actions afterwards that can be called an act of faith its because we are healed. The actions is you know its taken care of.
What I am trying to say is that some people had the mindset that if they did "something" that this proved it was faith. Not necessarily!
Faith is a knowing in your heart that God has dealt with it and nothing on this earth will stop it.
I hope this makes sense.

Here's something that I found to be interesting about how truths are 'Spun' to meet the agenda of those doing the 'spinning'.
I think most of us are aware of most of this, Bro. Freeman pointed a lot of it out years ago.
But there's a lot of info as to how the media manipulates the general public and influnces peoples opinions.
The god of this world is very clever and deceptive and so many are blinded by his tactics.
It's kind of lengthy and sounds a bit like it's written by one with conspiracy fears, yet there's much truth in it.
Perfect example, Swine Flu......"worldwide Epidemic", they (pharmaceutical companies) used fear to make hundreds of millions of dollars...how? The media.

I received this email yesterday from a girl my wife works with. It was given to her cousin and It blessed me so I thought I would share it with the forum. by the way the girl is 23 years old. I thought us young men were supposed to get the dreams but the Lord apparently thought different...
.
------------------------------------------------------------ --------------------
I had a dream recently that I feel that the Lord wanted me to share with some of you. I hope I portrayed it well enough for you all to fully get the picture of what I experienced… it’s changed me, and my hope is for it to do the same for you…
In my dream I was in a room, by myself, scared. Scared isn’t even really the correct word, I was petrified. I was sitting on the floor in a cold, damp cement room. I remember feeling cold, and eeriness of the air…I couldn’t figure out where I was or how I got there, but I could hear that there was a crowd chanting, cheering and screaming.
I noticed a crack in the wall and I crawled over to look. As I looked out, all I could see was thousands and thousands of people in side of what looked like a coliseum. As I look on, I saw that these people were actually crucifying innocent men and women. I could see the anguish, the horror, I could see the bright red blood that was being pored out of their bodies…
I fell to the ground weeping for them and trembling with fear…I felt so helpless, so unable to help those people, not to mention knowing that I was next. It was such a strong, horrible, REAL feeling. I wish I could find the words to describe it. Its something I have never EVER felt before… Then… I knew they were coming for me. With every step “they” took toward me, it was like an ecoh that echoed through my entire being… boom. Boom. Boom. I could hear my heartbeat, echoing though my head…faster and faster…beating faster and faster as they got closer and closer…
Then, all of the sudden, as they came and opened the door, a white light pierced through the darkness and there was a man in the room with a me. He had a presence, and authority I have never known before. Everything else stopped… He just gazed at me and smiled… He was so peaceful, graceful, and incredibly… breathtaking. I couldn’t see his face, but I knew exactly who he was…He gently walked over to me and bent over, picked me up, and held me. Just held me… Then he whispered in my ear… “I’ll go for you”
I woke up after that, and just broke. I realized that we have a responsibility as Christians to be praying, and interceding for the lost. What we see in the surface may not be as horrible as what I saw in my dream… but spiritually, people are being CRUCIFIED!! WHAT ARE WE DOING? It seems like such an impossible battle but we have been promised that we CAN do all things through Christ who IS our strength… Jesus is always right there… ready and willing to pick us up and take our load from us! No matter what it is, no matter the circumstance…Always just in time…always perfect. If we can only let down our walls, our prides, and our ugly selfish flesh and just let HIM take our burdens…let HIM take complete control of our lives… We will never be dissatisfied…ever!
Bless you all!

Here is where all of the bitter rants will end up so it would probably be a good idea to just start them here! I felt that we needed a section for this type of stuff just so we won't fall into that old hide-your-head-in-the-sand routine!
But the more delicate should probably stay out of this section!
