My kids and grandkids learn from example. I have tried to show them how to walk in faith. Living examples are always better after having explained scripture.

When I was a child I only remember those who called themselves Christians were very "Kind, gentle, and meek" They were very giving people and they radiated the joy. At the time I did not understand what it was that made them different and it was not till years later I understood when I met the Lord.

GWB to be honest here I'm still learning and I enjoy the fellowship here with like minded believers.

I don't understand when people who profess to be Christians spend endless hours trying to explain away the Bible. It is written to the simple and those who are childlike for such is the Kingdom of God.

If God says it then its final and I believe it.

The world tries to make it complicated then they use the intellect to make it confusing.

Hebrews 11:1 says faith is the substance, that is self explanatory and the rest of the chapter tells what the author is saying. I use to meditate on this scripture for hours on end. I would keep thinking about it to try and understand what is faith.

I have found you cannot figure out some things in your mind. If the Bible says faith is the substance then I just believe it is and know that the things I hope for will be manifested in due time. Why because God said it will.

Did you know that some Christians are now dividing the Bible up and saying somethings are written by men and it has many contradictions?

I don't believe this that it is the word of men, the Bible is God breathed and the Lord put in it what He wants us to know.
It tells us that in the last days there is going to be a lot of deception and delusion and much confusion in the last days.

The Word of God is the lamp to our feet and the light to our path that will keep us in the Will of God. Jesus said those who have faith will hear and understand, and will believe His words.
