COINCIDENCE OR GOD’S WARNING OF JUDGMENT ON THE USA?
Beloved we know that the Almighty God whom we serve is the Only True and wise God! There is no other God beside Him. HE is in control and is always in control and nothing every happened or ever will that was an accident or a coincidence. HE is in control of all things and if there ever was an accident or a coincidence HE would not be in control.
This another Providential warning of God's Judgment to the USA that thinks it can go against God's Holy Word and tell Israel to give away God’s land.
Isaiah 46:5-13
5 To whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like?
6 They lavish gold out of the bag, and weigh silver in the balance, and hire a goldsmith; and he maketh it a god: they fall down, yea, they worship.
7 They bear him upon the shoulder, they carry him, and set him in his place, and he standeth; from his place shall he not remove: yea, one shall cry unto him, yet can he not answer, nor save him out of his trouble.
8 Remember this, and shew yourselves men: bring it again to mind, O ye transgressors.
9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
11 Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
12 Hearken unto me, ye stouthearted, that are far from righteousness:
13 I bring near my righteousness; it shall not be far off, and my salvation shall not tarry: and I will place salvation in Zion for Israel my glory.
(Isaiah 46:5-13)
Zechariah 12:1-3, 9
1 The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling {poison} unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
(Zechariah 12:1-3, 9)
Joel 3:2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.
[START OF REPORT FROM ISRAEL]
[Many Orthodox Jews use G-d because they believe
God is so Holy they should not say His name.
I have verified that these things did happen in the USA]
Coincidence, or Message From G-d?
Tamar Yonah: A writer from Israel.
It seems like this is just too uncanny that these are all 'coincidences'. On January 8, 2008 the day that President Bush left the USA for Israel in order to lay the framework for the establishment of a Palestinian State and the division of Jerusalem for its capital, a freak 'January' tornado swept through a city in President Bush's own country, the USA. The place hit was 'Jerusalem', Arkansas. Coincidence?
One church, that was over 100 years old, was totally destroyed in the tornado’s path. The name of it was “Mt. Zion” Community Church. Coincidence?
One man was killed in the tornado. He was a ‘Pope’ County resident. His name, was Billy Carter.
On Sunday of last week, I read out a report about this 'freak tornado' which hit Jerusalem, Arkansas. I was emailed by a few people last week to write on the tornado, but I didn’t have time to do it until now. So, let’s examine some interesting ‘coincidences’ here.
1) A tornado in the month of JANUARY?
2) This tornado hits a city called ‘Jerusalem’.
3) It destroys a church called, ‘Mt. Zion’.
4) Hits in a place called ‘Pope’ County
All this on the day President Bush left for Israel to wage war on G-d by going against the Bible and dividing the Land of Israel.
The very next day, Thursday January 9th, another calamity strikes America. As Israel experiences a very heavy and unusual heavy fog during President Bush’s visit, central Florida gets hit with a freak heavy fog. A mega 70 car and truck accident takes place. This was the worst highway disaster in Florida’s history.
A neighbor of mine whom I often give a lift to, was waiting at the gas station near where President Bush’s entourage passed on its way to Ramallah. The roads were closed down and he was stuck waiting and watching. He saw President Bush’s entourage pass by. He counted 70 cars.
70 cars driving with Bush to Ramallah in heavy fog and 70 cars and trucks in a horrible accident in Florida under heavy fog. Coincidence? Is all of this JUST a coincidence?
[END OF REPORT FROM ISRAEL]
Brothers and sisters we know that the answer is no. Our God does not use coincidences.
Matthew 16:1-4
1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.
3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.
(Matthew 16:1-4)
“It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” Hebrews 10:31
“O LORD, I have heard thy speech {Heb. report}, and was afraid: O LORD, revive {preserve alive} thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.”!!! Habakkuk 3:2

I'd like to say that it is easy to have an opinion on what Israel should do when we don't have to live there and put up with the consequences. We need to be very careful about how we see end time events. Information is given to us in the bible but not all information. Other than in a general sense we don't know know everthing Israel should do.
I hear this all the time in evangelical xianity and it always bothers me. Another thing that bothers me is that I don't believe George Bush was put into power to bring God's purposes to pass.
I guess I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say that I think there is a whole lot of stuff that has to happen yet both in Israel and in the world. Do we as xians even with a deeper understanding of spiritual things really understand all God's purposes for Israel?
I'm not disagreeing with you. I just think we should be very careful about ascribing the hand of God to things that don't directly concern us.

I just reread your post and realized it was a writer from Israel that said most of that. Guess I should be more careful before I shoot my mouth off eh? I still stand by my opinion though.
It is easy for us to have an opinion when we don't have to live with the consequences. Other than in a general sense I don't think we really have a clear understanding of God's purposes for Israel.

About the issue of dividing the land. I was at our local thrift shop and saw a whole book on the subject. I didn't buy it because I didn't have time to read it. It more or less said everything Hodge said but with much greater scope and detail. Then I got a newsletter from the the Christian Embassy in Jerusalem speaking to the issue.
The writer pointed out that the bible speaks to the issue in Joel 3/1-3 right in the context of the last days as well.
Very interesting! I'll have to think about it a little more.
