I caught a bit of the nightly news last night and saw an interesting clip concerning the flu shot vaccine. In Goshen, Indiana(that caught my attention being so close to FA) at Elkhart General Hospital 8 employees were fired for refusal to take the flu shot. Several were nurses and a couple of them were interviewed. One lady had worked there for over 40 years and had alway been allowed an exemption due to 'religious beliefs' but no longer. Another woman said her decision was "God-led". I thought there for a minute they were doing a piece on Hobart Freeman and those nuts in the corn field...<rolling my eyes, written as a bit of after the fact, humor.>
Now I found that to be interesting in 2 ways, one, medical workers(nurses) refusing the shots because they 'knew' the dangers that came with injecting the human body with those toxins; and two, refusal due to religious convictions.(I was elated to hear people still had them, religious conviction.) So this morning I thought I'd make a comment in a post and share this info with everyone but before I did I thought maybe I'd Google the story and see if my memory was correct in the location and number of fired employees. I was suprised to find that just Googling 'nurses fired for refusing flu shots' didn't take me to this particular story but led to a list of accounts of nurses refusing flu shot across the country(Colorado), so I had to add 'in Indiana'. "WOW!"
Anyway, I thought some would possibly not have seen or heard of this yet(maybe Mark in Canada...lol) It made me wonder if those women were ex-FA or maybe Amish?
Their convictions cost them their jobs, O to God that more 'Christians' HAD godly convictions and were willing to follow Jesus where-so-ever He led.

This thread was over 7 years ago... it seems more and more likely that the government will eventually force things.
Blessings,
