Hello, I'm Ron S, aka JWBTI .
I've not been active for a number of years, but William has been so kind to grant me
access once again. Thank you Jesus !
I attended The Glory Barn / Faith Assembly 1976-1983, also attended Stan Hills meeting in Fort Wayne, durning that same time.

Now let me share what the Lord is doing currently.
In January of this year the Lord put on my heart to start doing visitations at a local nursing home. I was given 4 residents to visit weekly. Then I got involved in the weekly Bible study on the Assisted Living side, and the Lord said they need praise an worship before the word. Ok, so with the help of you tube music videos with lyric, I started.
Then the the Lord said, you need to share scripture between the songs, Like health, healing, Faith and salvation ? Ok ! Preach healing at a Health Care Facility, yes !!!
To shorten the story, I currently do teaching and worship at three different nursing homes every week, as God has opened the door to preach healing and health to those that need it the most. God is faithful to perform all that He promised.
Blessings for now, will share more later.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7

That's fantastic! I've always thought that nursing homes are a great place for ministry. Back in the early 90s our whole family would go and it was amazing how fulfilling it was to be able to speak to those living there. Hopefully they were as blessed as we were!

Blessings,
William

I want to believe!

I love walking the hall ways speaking to anyone that will let me In their room.
I have one group that I fellowship with that are mostly nonverbal but when the music starts and the words come on the screen they lip sync with the music. When I post scripture on the screen they read right along. When I tell them there's hope in Jesus their eyes light up and they smile.
That Blesses me.
One of their favorite songs is; I am Healed, I am Whole, by David Ingles

Good to have a servant for God here. Nursing homes great for sharing gospel. For 4 years did all the things you have done. As a one man praise and worship band singing faith Assembly songs and some of my own, plus sharing the word with them it was a joy. One time 2 ladies walked by and said to each other, it's about time we had some good music. God created a circuit of several nursing homes. Many wanted a commitment to come monthly. One younger man who was paralyzed, would dance in the bed they rolled him in. he used his arms and legs waving. Will tell more another time . God bless in Jesus name.

Nice to see you back Ron. I thought about you occasionally and sometimes checked to see if you had showed up.
It has been a very long time since I sang or witnessed in a nursing home.

Hi James,
It's good to hear from Uall down south, I think of you and
William whenever the storms come thru your area.
It is well with us up north, and at age 74 this is my confession !

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭71:18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
[18] Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, do not forsake me,
Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to everyone who is to come.

We might be in the last chapter of the book at our age, but there are still pages left to write.

Blessings

Thanks Ron. We are under threat of a great storm tomorrow. power in prayer with two or more in Jesus name. A few years ago we had a huge tornado headed to where I was working. Asking people to pray with me there. I would have prayed alone but faith with others allows them to see glory from God personally. This storm was several miles wide and destroyed Tuscaloosa. When it came to us it split in half and part went south and part north.
