Br. Hodge has posted several messages on here recently. He is in the midst a fiery trial right now. He is trusting Jesus as his healer and is holding fast for the total manifestation of his healing. James 5:16 says the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Please keep him in your prayers.

I haven't had a chance to talk to Hodge myself but someone who knows both of us talked to him recently. His speech is a little slurred still but he driving again and mostly OK. So obviously faith works. Strokes don't get better on their own

That's good news, I hope he comes back on OO and shares with us again. The messages that he shared from Sandhill is a blessing, we could use some more of them.

Hi Mark,
Thank you for the update on Hodge! I remember him from Faith Assembly, although I didn't really know him well. I do remember he went to China with a good friend of mines father. That seems like such a long time ago. Hodge is certainly a blessed brother in the Lord and a wonderful person as well. I have been so blessed in my life to know such people like Hodge, and also some very precious believers on this site like James and you and GWB and some others. I have enjoyed your postings over the years Mark, and am blessed by the wisdom you have shared. We aren't all at the same place in our walk with Jesus, but we can learn from each other and grow in the Lord by encouraging and challenging each other in faith.
