Gary,

You were asking for scriptures concerning the False Prophet being the executor of the Global Government.

I will write some notes from my uncles book on this.

THE RELIGIOUS ECONOMIST.

Simultaneously with the Antichrist becoming the absolute political dictator of the world; his potent associate will join him in centre stage. He will be equally dynamic & powerful in his own sphere; will exhibit the same scintillating personality & oratorical prowess (Rev. 13: 11 - 12)

This second Beast will have two horns. In Biblical symbology, horns invariably denote power, authority & dominion. However unlike the Antichrist, the horns are not crowned. Consequently these do not represent political sovereignty. Although apparently lamb-like & inoffensive, in reality there is still the same beastly order, & the same satanic authority & motivation. He will exercise all the dominion of the Antichrist, & will be the executive administrator of the operation.

There are, however delineated specific distinctive functions that distinguish his particular realm of jurisdiction in the satanic hierarchy. The two horns indicate he will have `dually,` - complete economic control of the world system, & will wield full religious authority. (Rev. 13: 11 - 18) The religious element is one of the most powerful in humanity & so appears in all the history of mankind. In confirmation of the latter office, he is characteristically designated the `False Prophet.` (Rev. 19: 20)

(My uncle, Alistair Gardiner, now over 90 is a recognised Apostle in the Apostolic movement, & has been the President of that movement in the `60`s. Even today the leaders of that movement still come to him for guidance is some matters. Perhaps I can write a bit at a time of what he says.)
