I thought I would share two praise reports of healings --how awesome is our God!
Someone called us last Sunday night and asked that we pray for the healing of her back. She had been in extreme pain for a week and had a large knot on her back. We prayed for her healing and then heard back from her last night. She said the morning after she'd requested prayer, she suddenly realised something was different, she no longer had any pain! She checked out her back and the knot was gone, too. When she called us she had been totally pain-free and knot-free for two days and was thanking the Lord for healing her!
One of our daughters had this praise report today --their neighbor was battling cancer and had suddenly lost her eyesight as well, she sent one of her relatives over to my daughter's and her husband's home to ask them to pray for her healing. The next day, her eyesight was restored! We rejoice in what the Lord did for her and pray for her complete healing from cancer, too.
I am eternally thankful for the fact that the Lord provided healing for us in the atonement! What a mighty God we serve!

Praise the Lord for being our healer!
I have a couple of testimonies of recent healing as well if you don't mind. Recently in our church someone sensed a leading to pray for the healing of backs. A friend of mine has had multiple surgeries on his back and has received extensive physical therapy, pain medication, etc... He is a young believer who is functionally illiterate and listens to the Bible on CD. He went up front for prayer. He said that he now has no pain. He has been able to ride his bike for the first time in years, and rode it 5-6 miles to church just because he could. The doctor is still insisting on surgery, and Shonn is of course insisting that he does not need it, so he is getting more x-rays done to show the healing. If he makes them available, I will try to post the before and after x-rays if I am able to do so.
At the same meeting, a woman with a history of back trouble also came up for prayer. She let out a cry when she was receiving prayer, not because she hurt, but because the pain suddenly left her. She reports that the pain has not returned and has been vibrant and glowing since then.
As the body is for the Lord, the Lord is for the body...
