Okay I listened to the full Youtube video that's (on here now), and did not realize the internet video I was sent has been cropped. Certain sections have been pulled together and while others were taken out, it sounded like a different recording.

It was a good speech though we now have 10 times the national debt since that was recorded. We're now at 23 trillion, while there is over 330 million people in this country.
