I would like to ask my brothers and sisters to pray for a friend of mine. She is a christian and is being attacked by Satan. She has the opportunity to go to Israel this October, an all expenses paid trip, which has been a desire her whole life. She is a very godly person, who is a servant to many, encouraging, praying for them, helping them and just being a nice person.
Within the last couple weeks she has been losing strength on her right side. When she tried to drive her right foot just slide off the pedal. She use to be able to type, but now her right arm is weak and she is not able to type, without errors. Even since yesterday there has been more weakness, almost like a paralysis. Please pray for the Lord to move on her behalf and show any open doors or wisdom of what to pray against.

Thank you so much, our God is certainly faithful to heal and deliver.

Sage:
Remind her what Jesus said…………..

10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:
I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
John 10:10 (KJV)

And

38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power:
who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. Acts 10:38 (KJV)

Sue,

Being able to identify the symptoms isn't as important as just knowing what Jesus has already purchased for her at Calvary.(the natural mind would think stroke, but the renewed mind says healed.) Like Bro. Ron says, encourage her in The Word of God and if she is grounded in God's Word(as concerning divine healing and health) agree with her that NO weapon formed against her can prosper and that Satan's symptoms are a lie and that she IS healed...Remind her to (if she really believes it, not just to fulfill a formula) begin to give God thanks and praise.

If she's not prepared to stand on The Word and feels she needs medical help from man, then we still can be praying for her. It'd be easier to know how to pray if we knew where her faith was in the matter.

Either way, I'll be praying for her(and for you to have the wisdom and compassion of The Lord).

Thanks everyone for your prayers and good scriptures to share with her. As far as her receiving medical help from doctors, yes she has gone to them, but they do not know what is wrong. They did a CAT scan and have ruled out MS. As far as a stroke, I kinda doubt it since it has been somewhat progressive, and not an all at once thing. I have been praying for her in the spirit because I don't really know what to pray at this point. Is it an open door, just a trial, or some demonic oppression to keep her from going to Israel, or something else? She does believe God heals and has seen it and experienced it at times, but she also is going the doctor route as I said. We have been so blessed with the teaching we've received over the years, and the faith that God will heal us, but not everyone has been so blessed.
I hope this helps with knowing how to pray for her. We know Satan is a liar, and as Ron said, a thief who will steal anything from us he can. I will give you all a good report as soon as I hear one.

Thanks everyone for praying. My friend did go to the hospital and they believe it was a small stroke. She seems to have a little more strength in her leg and she is still hoping to go to Israel next month. She is praying for more strenght in her arm, but she did go home today, which is a blessing. No place like home to get ones strenght back.
Thanks again, Lord bless you all for your prayers and words of
encouragement.
