Well if it wasn't for the fact that he is spiritual, knowledgeable, sometimes funny, and an all round good bro.
. . .
I'd save a place in my freezer for him.

Hey Chris,
Have you given any thought to redecorating your office?
I hear there's a sale on area rugs, check with John Thain, he knows where to pick up some nice ones, cheap...only $87,000.

Now James... I understand the need to point out senseless extravagance,
but I heard a rumor this past weekend that makes me wonder if you are the
best choice for this chore? Do you, or do you not own a Peugeot?

I DO NOT own a Peugeot...pronounced pu joe(in alabama)
But I see you've talked with someone from our mutual past, because about 20 years ago I owned 3 of them. Excellent cars, I had 79, 82, and 84 models. The 84 was a loaded, turbo diesel, a dream to drive.
BTW: I'm not the CEO, just a partner.... ( a working partner, at that. And the only money I've lost was my own...can I still get some bailout money?)
And to show my true humility, I currently drive a Honda...
Oh! and my favorite car ever was a 66 Chevelle, SS 396, Candy Apple red. Bad to de bone...

Chris,
Now you're talking...I hear the court of public opinion is ordering them to not take shipment on the new one...How cool is that? I guess there are some positive results from the media putting every thing out there for everyone to see. First the 'big 3' stopped traveling by private jet; then Thain decides to repay the 1.2 mil he spent on his office; and now Citigroup is cutting back on their fleet of corp. jets. Of course, they all have a agenda...bailout money.
If we could just get Obama to give us back the money wasted for his 'shin dig', all would be well...well not quite...

I remember Toby...When you talk with him next, ask him if he remembers Ronnie Martin. Ronnie and I still get together from time to time.

Yep, Ronnie and Toby were buds, and he is a 'brother', brother... He does have a heart to preach and if not a pastor, an evangelist. He has a full time job just with his 'own congregation'( he and his wife has 12 children, plus grandchildren...)I always kid him about his full quiver and how happy he must be...
