I can't speak for William but I'm pretty sure he wasn't implying that Tozer wasn't saved because he didn't have the Baptism. So I don't think there's anything to discuss about that, unless someone wants to bring up the amazing number of people who were used by God who didn't have the Baptism of The Holy Spirit.
But to address your question apart from that, imo, yes it is very possible that some/many/most charismatics will go to hell...and I think that also applies to some/many/most non charismatics.(of course like you said, how many are 'many'? That's in God's hands to decide.)
ps. I too remember the post by Wilber, and I later PMed him with an apology for taking a different position at the time...Boy, was he was right!

Most of my library consists of works that were not written by "tongue speakers".
William said that. My library is the same. For some reason Charismatics don't seem to say much about issues other than the so called charismatic issues. Its a shame really. You would think we would have deep understanding on a lot of issues.
